J.D. Power and Associates has recognized AmerenUE for customer satisfaction excellence as part of its Certified Call Center Program..
The award was based on a random survey of AmerenUE customers who had made recent contact with its call centers.
AmerenUE call centers were evaluated on convenience of operating hours, ease of reaching a representative, courtesy, knowledge, customer concern, usefulness of the information provided and timely resolution. The company performed within the top 20 percent of customer service scores.
Mark Miller, senior director of client services at J.D. Power and Associates said:
“Call center customers were particularly pleased with the resolution of their problems, as well as the courtesy and knowledge of customer service representatives.”
