ITS Group Release Cloud-Based Customer Service Feedback Solution

Mobile customer feedback

ITS has today announced the release of evalyou8, their latest software solution designed to capture customer feedback on the service they have received.

evalyou8 allows the creation of a simple html link which can be added to email signatures, crm solutions or anywhere a link can be placed where you would like to capture feedback. The customer is then presented with three emoji style icons which represent the feeling they may have towards the service they have received.

To provide feedback they simply select from the three icons to indicate the service they received was Good, Poor or Unsatisfactory. They are also presented with an option to enter a text description if they wish to explain why they made their selection. All feedback is sent in real time to the recipient as well as their direct superior and all scores are collated for use in a range of reports that can be used to improve any identified poor service or even reward staff members who have received positive feedback or have been commended for outstanding service.

“At ITS we have always recognised the high importance of excellent customer service and wanted to create a simple, yet incredibly effective method for obtaining customers opinions on the service they had received at various touchpoints but without any complicated technical set up. With evalyou8, we are confident we have successfully achieved our aim”. – Manish Shah, Product Manager, ITS Group.
