“I am delighted to be joining Europa Contact Centre. I could tell during my first visit to the site how genuinely passionate and driven the all the team are about delivering great service. What also struck me was the range of services and capabilities being offered and saw huge potential for the centre. On attending the annual Europa Worldwide Group conference at the start of the year I was blown away by the companies ‘can do’ attitude and how much everyone cares about the business. That really sealed the deal for me. – I could see that it was a company that shared my values and one that I wanted to join. I am very pleased to be a part of the team.”
