Sabio Group has strengthened its French customer base by securing Aramis Group’s Aramisauto on a multi-year digital transformation project.
Aramisauto is an e-commerce expert and a vehicle refurbishing pioneer in France, providing consumers with the ability to buy refurbished used vehicles online, in-person or via telephone.
The organisation’s website offers more than 3,000 vehicles across 33 agencies in France and specialises in delivering cars within 24 hours
Sabio, the European digital customer experience (CX) transformation specialist, will support Aramisauto’s contact centre migration to the Genesys Cloud infrastructure in an agreement that includes multi-year maintenance support.
The project is aimed at improving customer engagement and satisfaction levels across multiple channels, including voice calls, emails, SMS and chatbots amongst others.
Jean-Michel Berthelier, Chief Technology Officer at Aramisauto – which has more than 320,000 customers across France and receives more than 3 million unique visitors to its website each month – said: “We are excited to be working with Sabio Group on this project; a project that will enable us to improve customer service levels and all-round customer experiences across the business.
“The digital transformation of our business – initially through the migration to Genesys Cloud – provides us with lots of potential for growth and will strengthen our abilities to provide our customers with the best possible experiences when interacting with Aramisauto.”
Aramisauto is part of Aramis Group, a European leader in the online sale of used cars. It’s Aramisauto, Cardoen, CarSupermarket, Clicars, Onlinecars and Brumbrum brands operate across France, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Spain, Austria and Italy, with the Group aiming to become the preferred platform for Europeans to buy used cars online.
The agreement with Sabio Group will involve the migration of 400 contact centre advisors onto Genesys Cloud and includes an intelligent call routing solution as well as integration with Salesforce.
Herve Racine, Sabio’s Country Manager for France, Italy and Morocco, added: “This is a fantastic project for Sabio and one that proves our credentials and expertise in not only overseeing complex digital transformation projects for large, ambitious clients – but also in our specialist Genesys Cloud capability and expertise.
“Aramisauto is one of France’s ‘go-to’ car brands, handling high volumes of customer interactions on a daily basis. We are excited to be supporting their digital transformation journey and looking forward to working closely with them to enhance the quality of their customer service and customer experiences.”
