You could say I live and breath customer service – having worked in customer service management for many years – I’ve experienced the highs and lows of life in customer service!
As well as working in the customer service industry, I’m also a customer. As such I know that a customer service revolution is needed now more than ever before. That’s why I’ve made it my life mission to help improve customer service around the world.
