Greyhound, the intercity bus provider, has once again earned high praise for its customer service, landing a 4.5-star rating in USA TODAY’s “America’s Best Customer Service 2026” list.

The annual ranking, produced in partnership with research firm Plant-A Insights Group, evaluated more than 7,100 companies across 45 categories, surveying over 32,000 consumers between September and October 2025. Greyhound was recognized in the Service Provider category under Transit and Airline Services, reflecting recent and real customer experiences from the past three years.
