Amplitude Launches AI Feedback to Instantly Decode Customer Needs

Amplitude has launched AI Feedback, a new generative AI engine that automatically transforms customer feedback into prioritized, actionable insights.

In an era where companies collect more customer data than ever, many still struggle to unify and interpret feedback across multiple tools. Amplitude’s latest innovation aims to close that gap by providing a single, connected platform for decoding customer sentiment and driving product decisions.

The launch follows Amplitude’s July acquisition of Kraftful, a fast-growing AI company whose technology now powers AI Feedback’s capabilities and accelerates the company’s broader AI product strategy.
