Since the customer service field is growing, are there any courses to prove one's level of competence for a customer service job?

I think having such a course will enable customer service professionals to be recognised among other professionals.

I thought fellow members of the forum would be given an opportunity to respond to my question

I don't know if any courses that can "prove" competency in customer service. In the recent past, I hired someone who had 13 years of customer service experience and in the end, I had to terminate her because she was not what we thought she was.

Hi

Take a look at the website of the Institute of Customer Service. The institute defines national professional and occupational customer service standards and ways they can be acquired.

Here's the link: -

It's a very informative site.

Kind Regards
