		I am looking for some recommendations for a Customer Service training program on DVD. I am in a Health care organization so empathy, professionalism and soft skills are most important for our reps. Any suggestions?

		Hi, I would recommend Fanman training materials around Customer Service, as I found it useful for our organisation.
