First post here and I was wondering if anyone could help me track down the latest count of customer service agents in the US, both in and out of the contact center.

I have looked at gov't sites etc and can't seem to find anything that breaks it out.

The ideal data would be B2B and B2C broken out as well, but I'm afraid I might be asking too much :-) Any help would be appreciated. Cheers.
