Hi,
I am working for the company over the last 5 years,never had probation preview.Yesterday they told me that I will have one and I need to think of 2 key goals I would like to set for the coming year and explain what results I will expect to get. Any suggestions?

I suggest that you re-read your post and ask yourself why someone would ask total strangers what work goals would help improve self and organization.

Then ask yourself if this might serve as an example of why you are now facing a probationary review.

This may sound harsh. I assure you that I am trying to approach this from a 'trying to be 100% helpful' perspective.
