I am having a very difficult time finding a Customer Service Supervisor candidate for an open position that I have. Does anyone know of someone in the Cleveland, OH area that would be interested. Looking for someone with Supervisor experience that can lead people and projects.

Scott, I know several qualified people in the area. However, most are already with a good organization with above average pay and benefits. And, most of the "qualified" CSRs at my company are already making more than the Supervisors at other organizations. In this economy, they're not likely to take a reduction in pay - even for a promotional opportunity. A little more information might be helpful.
