We have, we believe, a very good customer service department and would like to apply for a customer service award and hopefully receive recognition. A web search has turned up pretty empty in terms of awards here in the US. Anyone have any ideas, or can point us anywhere? much appreciated. (We are an online retail company handling a couple thousand customer interactions per day)

Thanks but................... the links are the type of thing I am looking for, but are for awards in the UK, and JD Powers studies industries for a couple years before distributing any type of awards.
