Balv, you are looking for books on behavior skills for frontline sales employees.

Is this for management to extract the good from these books and then to translate into goals for their team?

Are you not in a state of comfort with any samples your organization has already looked at?

I guess I am reluctant to believe that you would like to source books that would be distributed to employees providing frontline sales without providing something else to guide them, can you shed more light?

Hi Ayaree , thank you for your reply . Dear i am looking for books for myself , i am not giving any books to my team.

I'll be using it for my reference so as to implement in my training programmes.

Balvinder, I think I need to allow a reader that focusses on Training/Facilitation to comment, with a view toward what you are in search of.

My perspective is that you would not be in a position to need other materials, unless you are working totally from the ground up, as you would have some learnings to inject into the training program that needs to be implemented--based on experience, and not reference material. Is this totally new ground for you or is it just for supplemental content, I don't know.

But this is where we need to watch for responses from those who focus on Training.

Sorry if my initial answer as well as this one lead you down the wrong path, but I will watch with you for replies that are in tune with your goals.

Hello Balvinder,

I guess you can check out this book called "Positioning" by Al Reis and Jack Trout. I read it some time ago and found it really amazing. I am sure this book will help to 're-align' the mindset of your sales team.
