I am looking to get my team through an accreditaiton process that will enable us to promote the desk within our industry. From what I have found there appears to be a lot of groups that you can join but all that is is "pay £X per year to join us" and not something that looks at how my team performs, how they deal with customers, how we develop the staff" etc.
I have had exposure to HDI (HelpDesk Institure) previously but was wondering if anyone else has good experience of any other accreditation processes?
everything I feel is in place for us to be audited but am unsure as I dont have anything to measure the team agains.
if you could help?
many thanks

Hi Hostis,

I am glad that you have raised a very valid question and if anyone responds that would not only helpful to you but also for many people like us. Regards, Santhosh

Hi Hostis!

I am also looking for some sort of an accreditation process that would enhance our customer service. I would also like to join an organization that promotes CRM. I came across the CRMAs website www.crmassociation.org (Client Relationship Management). It's an organization that you can join and they do have a seminar that last two days at various chapters across the United States. This seminar is their CRM Professional Certification.

Hope this helps!
