Hi All
Merry christmas and happy new year to all of you.
To begin with there is no single course which deals in customer service exclusively. Atleast in my career span of 14+ years i have not come across any course that deals exclusively in customer service.
However, what i have understood is that the people from the hospitality industry (eg: Hotel Management) are given basic inputs on the customer services.
Its the attitude of the team and the company that helps in enhancing the customer service levels.
To get an insight into the customer services i can suggest some books like "Total customer services" and "The pursuit of WOW" which can give an insight into the customer services.
