Hi all,
How you are measuring customer satisfaction level on continuous basis in your respective functions? Any useful tips will highly appreciated.

A simple and effective way to measure customer satisfaction is by conducting customer satisfaction, service satisfaction and product satisfaction surveys. You will gain a wealth of knowledge without investing a large amount of time or money. Surveying is my industry and I can assist you if you want.

How would you develop an action plan, following customer satisfaction survey then using it to advertise about your departement?
Any useful articles, or Web sites?
