Hi, I am Iqbal - from Dubai, I am going to start a new career in Service Quality after being in Training and HR for quite some time. Hoping to learn from everyone here [and may be give some that mght be useful as well]

Service Quality at our bank is responsible for ensuring methods, systems and practices are in place which would create the right customer experience. This includes understanding customer expectations, setting up recruitment & training, process rengineering, measuring service quality and service ercovery.

It's an exciting job since it has more to do with consulting and influencing rather than directing in a line manager sense.

I run a training business in Brisbane Australia specialising in Customer service training. I hear Dubai is booming in every way. Do you think there would be much demand for my services as far as delivering customer service training courses to different industries in Dubai ?
