Hi Folks
I'm new to this site but thought that I would take the opportunity to tell you about a new way of qualifying and quantifying service performance issues. I have more than 15 years expertise in designing organisational tools which uncover employee and customer service issues. In the last 12 months I have been developing a methodology which combines employee and customer opinion in a SINGLE research framework and process providing businesses with an original insight into service performance issues.
