CSM forum members,
I'm seeking data on the annual and/or monthly call volume/throughput for Fortune 500 companies, as well as those considered the best and worst in customer service. For example, the # of calls that are made monthly to Delta, American Express, Amazon, and others.
Does anyone know of a resource that would have those numbers, or actually even have those numbers on hand! If so, please email firstname.lastname@example.org -- your help is much appreciated!
