Dear all

greetings

I am new Relationship Manager in a popular bank. my work covers a wide geographic area and my job is to contact around 600 customers who are small business managers, and to convince them to open accounts in the bank or to increase thier balanceses if the already have accounts with the bank.

I have been looking for a small CRM system to be used as a comperhensive database to store my customers information. I will be the only person who use this software. I thought of building my own system , however i though also of using a ready package designed for similar tasks.

the system shall do the follwoing:

1- Interactive database for customers information
2- Calls and appointments management capabilities
3- Analysis of results and progress

if you have any suggestions, or if you think of a better way to manage contacts then i would be happy to know it.

thank you.

I wonder if the company does not allow you to use their CRM system.
And woner too, if the company allows you to use a separate one.
A company has several assets. One of the most valuable is the customer-database with all the info in it (e.g contact infos, customer-history, profiles, etc.)
So I realy don't understand the situation.

Sorry for that: dezo
