I'm looking for some CS/CRM books to read and am in a web 2.0 company where we serve online games/entertainment tools to customers using it for entertainment and will brand it with the sponsor's name.

If you are an expert or have read a few of these books, will you please respond and let us all know which you think are the best and which are a waste of time?
