Big Hi!! to all the members,

I have a question for all of you,
Is Team Working anyhow related to customer Satisfaction. If yes, how????
or
Are these two entirely different aspects????

Please provide me your thoughts on this.

Thanks
Naresh Joshi

Naresh,

What is Team Working?

On the surface, and not knowing what you are refering to, I would have to say I believe the two are related only tangentially.

My mindset about teams is this: they are built (developed) for a purpose. Once that purpose has been fulfilled, the team ultimately dies. In other words, teams are dynamic, not static, and they are built with the goal of disbanding them (eventually).

I always think about rock 'n roll bands when I think of teams. In the beginning we all believed that Once a Band, Always a Band...and we the public, would have our little bitty hearts broken when the band broke up.

But once we adopted the mindset that a band is not always The Band, we opened our minds (and ears) and allowed more music to flow. As an example, The Travelling Wilburys: George Harrison, Roy Orbison, Tom Petty, Jeff Lynne, Bob Dylan. Extraordinary talent, whether solo, in this band, or in any band in which they participated.

Customer Service chugs along, regardless of the team or who it's members are or if there is even a team at all.

I don't have a clue if any of my ramblings have helped you or addressed your question in any way!

Best regards,
ksb

Hi,
Both are different.Team work refers to the effort of a group of persons or employees. This can achieve an organization goal. This might not make a customer satisfied.

think, if someone in the team has short temper and he blast at the customer for a an issue, what will happen.Customer is always right

Regards
Arun
