Hi everybody,
I want to implement the order processing of my CS Team.
We have quite difficult orders with lots of variable and they are doing some mistakes.
We unfortunately do not have an automatic system to find and track them. Therefore I decided to use paper form. 2 persons will check the orders and write down the errors found. I've already used it several years ago and it worked. Does anybody of you have the same experience and have suggest about how make the "check form"?
thanks
Remedios

Hello there

I have experienced this and rather than create a form define exactly what the important criteria is you need to check. ie, price, destination, product, quantity etc. Your process operative will enter the order then another person can check against the criteria you have set and tick each element and the sign to say it has been checked. It is much quicker and the information remians on the actual order copy.
