New Customer Service Manager ! How do i turn the bland customer service around?

hi all,
Just got a job as a customer service manager . I really eager to get the job started. I need tips on how to get the customer service department to be a great experience for both internal and external customers.
It is a new industry for me ( printing and Advertising)

Hi Florry,

The first thing that I would do is to survey your service staff to gather information about how they feel about their jobs and learn how you can motivate them.

It's often said that employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction are very closely related.
