i am currently looking to remould my job role within my organisation and am in the process of filling in a CSM application form.

On the form it asks to list all Key Tasks that i would expect to execute. I have thought of quite a few but i would love to have some feedback from anyone experienced in this field that could suggest any so i can compare to see if i have covered all areas.

thanks

Can you tell me a bit more about your company and customer service plays a role- is it more as order entry? as sales support? as first line technical support? helping with collections for credit?

There are alof of "tasks" you could be doing depending on how your company want their customer service department to interact ...

Key items to demonstrate for any responsibilities- listening skills, problem solving, timely responses, showing empathy, using resources effectively, considering company policies, respect for internal and external customer, enjoying your job, be part of a team, go the extra mile and I am sure there are many more.

GOod luck
