Looking for Examples of Customer Service Manuals

Hi, I'm new and I've been browsing around and thought that there may be someone in here who can help me.

I've been given the task of searching for examples of Customer Service Manuals. Mostly I've been looking online, and without much success. Does anyone know any that are accessible online, places to look, or if I could/how I would request copies from companies (and if companies even like doing that)?

I'm specifically looking for something that would help my company develop a Customer Service Manual. We are a US distributor branch for a Japanese company, with a small customer service staff of 2-3 people in the Customer Service Department. Most of our contact with our customers is over the phone or by email, which is mostly questions our sports products, taking phone orders, or questions about online orders (shipping, tracking), and helping customers with all the issues that go with that.

I'm not even in the CS department (I've just been good at searching the internet) so I'm not even sure where to start, but it lead me to these forums here!

Thanks so much,

Lisa
