Description of you:
Someone who always tries to have a positive attitude.
Very competent on the computer. ie, knows what twitter is, uses social networks and can type faster than 50 wpm.
Likes solving problems, not complaining about them.
Well organized, knows how to prioritize, is honest, hardworking, and a doer.

What you'll be doing:
Reviewing customer concerns and issues.
Managing individual workers and training.
Plan and implement training for the support team.

About us:
We are a bunch of young hard working people located in the bay area.
We come from top internet companies like Facebook, Mint, Amazon, and Ning.
We are mostly happy but could always use another person to help out.
