I'm a Customer Service Manager for an Internet Service Provider. My staff consists of CSR/Tech Support and Broadband Installation Departments.

My General Manager has asked me to come up with an Incentive Plan for myself.

I've included the usual items, such as: Meeting Budgets Goals, Increasing Activations (Meet Goal), Reduce Disconnects (Meet Goal), plus an incentive for meeting all goals.

I WOULD BE INTERESTED in hearing about other Incentive Plans which is beneficial to both the manager and the company.

THANKS!

Hi Billesch,
Are you still a Customer Service Manager?
Could you please give more details regarding your company?
Maybe we can share some ideas?

Hello Billesch,

The points you have mentioned are the regular parameters - Meeting goals, Reduce disconnects etc...However, there is one more interesting parameter - you can offer an incentive - probably on a quarterly basis, to your team and the Team Lead if there are no attritions for that period.

The message you would be conveying to your team is that you value them so much !

Think about it !
