I am a High school student in Australia who is doing an assignment on Customer service for my Business Studies course.
The question is "Develop an outline for a one day training program to include: methods of maintaining an effective customer service environment through teamwork, communication and personal presentation".
Can anyone help me with this? I have the theory on what constitutes an effective Customer service environment but know nothing about developing a training program for it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
