Depends on what you mean by fun, and what type of activities you are allowed to do.

Just remember - whenever you are looking to implement something "fun" ensure it ties to an objective or goals so that you can drive the behaviors needed to achieve them. This way you are gaining something positive for hte business at the same time.

How about doing a quick survey with you team. What would be a great low cost way that they would like to be motivated? What would they like you to do make make things even more enjoyable?

You're guarenteed to hit the spot by doing things they've requested.
