Do you need a Customer Service Representative?

The knowledge I have learned is present day information and skill acquired are from the most current source using the latest technology. It is all applicable to the world we live in today toward earning my Masters of Business Administrative (MBA) degree and B.Sc Computer Science from Bangalore University, India. I have vast experience in Admin, VA and Customer service Representative field. I know zendesk service ( live chat and ticket ), and zopim ( live chat ).
