customer's expectations in 2010

what are the customer's expectations in the future or say in year 2010 from a company and from a service engineer?

A customer expects that his/her demands are satisfactorily met. Time must be adequately met, information should be on desk at all time. A customer expects all his problems to be listened to and possible solutions given.

customers in 2010 need their expectation to be met and be exceeded.A customer needs should not ony be met but be truly satisfy as the time the needs are needed.i.e time based.
