Customer Service relevance for customer's choice?

Hi,

does anybody know about a study that has determined the influence of good/bad customer service on the customers' decisions to chose a supplier?

I would expect this to be higher where the portfolio consists of commodities and thus the quality of the product does not play such a vital role.

Any ideas? Thanks a lot!
