Customer service in distance education

I am interested in thinking through what great customer service looks like in online education. Are there any resources around on this? Or, your thoughts? Seems to me some of the responsiveness and service is pretty bad.

Well customer service from its name should be convenient for the customers. Like in educational websites people get confused that where to find the respective data they are looking for. The complexity of several website makes it difficult for users to use them. There are Online Support Chat Softwares that help visitors in getting what they want. They not only assist you but also give you related suggestions. Now even a person new to the website can easily get the required work done.
