Dear members,

Have you thought about any time regarding Services Revenue Vs Customer Satisfaction? Will the satisfaction of customer detoriate If we quote price for some special services? This may not be the case at some part of the world. But other parts of the world the above may pose some challenge for the organisations.Can you please share one of your experiences in this forum to benefit me and other members? Together we learn about inter continental customer expectations on the above subject.
