CSM certification

I was recently promoted to a Manager in Customer Support. I am looking for information/recommendations on how to prepare myself for the CSM certification.

Look up the International Customer Service Association. They have a course that you can go through to "certify" yourself in customer service, but I don't think they address customer service management.

I would agree, the ICSA is a great association.
