Call Centre Voice Recording

I am looking to put in voice recording in our call center (30 seat). I have been recommended the Nice Perform product. Does anyone have any experience with this solution, or other ideas?

Hello, for the moment we are not using this application but as i'm informed is a very good one. I have discus with coleagues that work with and seen operating live the application.

we are also looking into a voice recorder. But for the moment I need help with compiling a customer satisfaction survey which will help me with the following

finding out how customers are experiencing our service, quality of network, airtime availability, retention measures, improvement pointers? anyone with a sample of the survey please help urgently

at work we currently use Nice Universe to record all agents call in order monitor, evaluate and query interactions. it was worked for us in order to measure our quality of service and i highly recommend it.
