I am from india and working as CSM in a product company having customers ranging from residentials to industries.

We are providing service to our customer through authorized service partner who are in turn deputing their technicians trained by us. Now for technical part we are getting good results from technician but to make the understand the concept of customer satisfaction is a major challenge to me. This is utmost important as 95 % of the customer visits are done through these technicians and we cannot afford to have so many employees on our role.
