I am new to CSM. My firm provides customer satisfaction measurement services to b-to-b companies. I wish to network with other managers (no sales effort) to share best practices.

Welcome.

'customer satisfaction measurement' services....so....you're a survey queen? (Sorry, assuming Lynn is the fairer gender!)

I used to be a survey queen...LOVED it! Wasn't in satisfaction, but rather, individual and organizational development. I love the process, analyzing results, factoring norms, etc.
