Hello All,

How are you?

I am Suman from Dhaka, Bangladesh. I work in Grameenphone Ltd.

My job is to maintain & monitor Operations standard of Grameenphone Centers located in Dhaka. Grameenphone Centers (GPC) are one stop solution for a customer for all of his/her mobile related needs. There are 34 centers in Dhaka Region. I , along with my team, monitor customer service, complaints, POS Material, Reporting, Cleaning, Inventory & Admin issues of each & every center. Also perform Training Need Analysis for the respective center employees.

I would like to share knowledge of operations standard of chain shops like GPC with all of you.

Hello Suman,

I manage several customer service teams across retail outlets in the UK. They all need training as most of them are new to the business. Any suggestions for training them in the essentials of customer service would be appreciated.
