Hello everyone,

Let me introduce myself. I am a 40something Customer Service Manager with many years of experience and have been lucky enough to have worked across a variety of industries. I have always worked for large corporate companies which I am very fortunate and it has given me some fantastic experiences. I am now working for a SM size business and have the opportunity to create a Customer Service department where it didn't exist previously. This is very exciting and a little daunting at the same time. This business works very differently to anywhere I have worked before and so would really like to join the forum and see if anyone has any similar experiences they can share with me and in turn I may be able to help others.
