Hi everyone
My name is Bukola and i have just joined what seems to be a fantastic site for customer Service professionals.
I do a lot of freelance / contracting roles in customer service and service delivery. the main bulk of my work is around implementing and managing helpdesks / service desks, reviewing customer service areas, incident, problem and change management. I also design and carry out training for front line staff.
I am very passionate about customer service and have seem its' role within organisation drastically change. I have my own consulting practice and in the process of creating anothing arm to it - so its all good fun!!
