Dear all,
My name is Ope Wemi-Jones, u may call me Opsy.
I am the unit head of the customer care unit of one of Nigeria's foremost Financial institution-ACCESS BANK PLC

I have done this job for 4 years and i tell u its been both fun and rewarding and seems its the only thing i want to do for the rest of my life.

If u call me a customer care advocate you will be right.
I love what i have seen and read so far and i am happy to be a part of the revolution

Welcome to the great world of customer service. Customer Service is definitely a passion and an excellent one to have!!

Nigeria is really feeling a buzz around Customer Care / Service which is fantastic. We have been looking opportunuties in the country. Access Bank have done well - I saw the presentations at the Bankers Conference in London back in March.

I am a customer service agent for BT through ClienLogic operating from Dublin Ireland.

Does anyone know a reputable company in Nigeria I can work with?
