i wish to lead the customer service unit of my organisation's internal unit and control unit, what should my strong points be when my head human resources asks me?

Strong points of a customer service leader could be;

Vision
Enthusiasm
Kindness
Good at making decisions
Good at communicating
Passion for excellent customer service
