I am a Customer Service Supervisor in a hospital in Australia. Currently I am studying a Frontline Management course and intersted in hearing any feedback from anyone has any experience in Customer Service in my field.
While a large portion of my job is Pre-Admission based and not so much face to face patient contact, my Customer Service experience/skills are applied in everything that I do. I am responsible for the training of new Customer Service staff so specifically interested in hearing ideas re system training of new and existing staff and assessment.
