New India Assurance Co. Ltd., Oman, has been honored with the Times of Oman Best Brand in Customer Experience Award in the insurance category at the Oman CX Awards 2025.

The award recognizes the company’s dedication to providing exceptional service and customer satisfaction in the Sultanate under the leadership of Mr. Majid Abdul Rahim Jaffer Al Bahrani.

His Highness Sayyid Mohammed Bin Salem Al Said and Mr. Ahmed Essa Al Zadjali were present at the award ceremony, where Mr. Gaurav Sharma accepted the award on behalf of the company.
