The Ministry of Industry and Commerce’s Metal Testing Center in Bahrain was honored with a prestigious Golden Shield under the government’s ‘Taqyeem 5’ service evaluation initiative.
Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa presented the award to the center in the presence of Minister of Industry and Commerce, Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro.
The Metal Testing Center attained Gold Category status in the recent round of the ‘Taqyeem’ program, which assesses public service quality in Bahrain.
The award recognizes the center’s advancements in customer service standards and operational efficiency.
Minister Fakhro credited the achievement to the support of Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, emphasizing the role of this backing in enhancing government entities.
He praised the Metal Testing Center team for their dedication to innovation and service excellence, labeling the unit as a distinguished example of government performance.
Fakhro highlighted the center’s commitment to performance enhancement and digital service upgrades, emphasizing its contribution to public satisfaction and responsiveness goals.
