Telkomsel will utilize AI solutions like AI Generated Content, AI Translation, and eKYC solutions, including Palm Verification, to enhance customer experiences.
Tencent Cloud will assist Telkomsel in cloud cost optimization, supporting public and hybrid cloud collaborations.
The collaboration aims to accelerate Indonesia’s digital transformation and improve technology sectors.
Telkomsel and Tencent Cloud previously piloted Palm Verification technology for B2C customers and will now extend it to the B2B enterprise segment.
Indonesian customers are expected to receive improved service; the goal of the partnership which leverages both companies’ expertise.
