Hello,

I need to present ideas on how to deliver improvements to customer resolution and also reduce customer effort in contacting the organisation.

I dont knwo where to start, anyone able to help me out please!

What are the details behind the need for improvements with resolution - is it time, quality, cost?

Why don't you sit down with your team and throw the idea out to them, at the end of the day, they will be the ones delivering it day in day out? The experience will improve if you get their buy in and they feel they own the process together?
